Can I get free sample?
Yes, if you are a qualified and returning customer, Phovolt will offer you some free samples, however, if the sample is expensive, like LED High Bay Light, LED Panel, LED Flood Light or some other High Power LED Lights, Phovolt has to charge some basic cost of the sample. For the new customer, samples fee will be deducted from the initial bulk order.

Does Phovolt accept small order?
Yes, we consider all orders as a blessing, and we appreciate all buyers as valued dealers, will pay high attention to a small order as a bulk order.

What if sample or order got damaged in delivery?
All packages will be well packed to avoid damage in delivery. However, damage happens in international shipping, if unfortunately you got the package in broken and damaged condition, do not sign the receipt of the courier company, if you already signed it, take some pictures of the package as an evidence, then we will file the complain to the courier company. Phovolt will send you new package if the don't get what you order for.

Is there any warranty?
Yes, all products have 12 months warranty. Phovolt guarantee all LED products are good quality which has over 30000 hours life span.

Does Phovolt accept OEM or Customized production?
Yes, Phovolt is capable in developing most LED lights, you need to provide all production details first, then Phovolt will submit you a quotation.


Samples and Orders
How to order samples?
If you are ordering Phovolt's existing samples, just submit a sample request with model# and product's name by email, Phovolt will issue you a sample P/I with all product and price detail, then buyer should confirm and pay according to the P/I, after Phovolt confirm the payment, samples will be shipped in 1-3 working days.

How to customized a sample?
If you are ordering a unique sample that Phovolt doesn't have, you need to supply all the production detail, it will be better if you can provide a sample. A customized sample requires new molding, which will cost molding fee. Phovolt will examine your sampling requirement, then issue a sampling P/I. Sampling may take 1-2 weeks depends on samples.

How to place an order?
After the sample was confirmed and accepted by the buyer, buyer can place an order with quantity detail, then Phovolt will issue an order P/I, after buyer pay the invoice, Phovolt will start production or shipping.

Is there promotion price for dealer?
Yes, if you are a dealer in a certain area, Phovolt will offer you a dealer's promotion prices, which will help dealer to start there business there. Long term cooperation dealer will have better prices.
